Leviathans: Also called the Old Ones predate the creation of humans and angels, as well as the soul itself. They would also predate beings with souls, such as monsters. They are therefore among the first creations of God.
~have sharp teeth with expanding jaw with a bifurcated tongue
~they feed on humans, sometimes with cheese
~they can mimic a particular human following contact with them or if they obtain DNA from them; they are then aware of all of that person's thoughts, feelings and even hallucilations.
~all the Leviathans now outside Purgatory absorbed everything Castiel knew, as he was their original vessel
~they bleed black goo
~they possess super strength
~they can heal themselves, even if decapitated
~can kill angels and are immune to angels' powers
~can be killed with the bone of a righteous man dipped in the blood of the fallen
~can be harmed/slowed by borax; a chemical found in most cleaning products
~can be harmed/slowed by decapitation, especially if head is kept separate from body
~can be incapacitated by witchcraft
Vampires: Vampires are created when a human being ingest vampiric blood, but the transformation is not complete until they feed on human blood. Once turned they suffer from bloodlust and must feed on blood, be it human or animal in order to survive.
~do not need an invitation to enter a dwelling/home
~have extremely enhanced senses including being able to smell humans and vampires over great distances and being able to see in pitch black darkness
~have sharp, pointed retractable teeth that emerge from their gums and extend over their human teeth
~are immortal and unchanging
~sunlight does not kill them but does cause a nasty sunburn and they do prefer to sleep during the day
~dead man's blood can cause paralysis in large quanties and wounds that are slow to heal
~are killed by decapitation
~can be killed by angels by just a touch
~can be killed by the Colt
~can be killed if they feed on a human that has ingested the food additive the Leviathan created called Vamptonite by Dean
Ghosts: A ghost or spirit remains connected to the mortal realm because it is attached to it through unfinished business or an unwillingness to move on. Many have a desire for revenge against those who they perceive to have caused their deaths or will target people like them.
~a ghost that can move objects are called poltergeists
~when they materialize or possess someone they may exude ectoplasm
~are repelled by iron
~one common theory about ghosts is that they have the ability to manipulate electromagnetism, hence they although they can not always communicate in the normal human spectrum of hearing, they can manipulate electronic equipment to communicate by EVP
~ghosts are not always present due to unfinished business or by choice but can be summoned and controlled by witches and demons
~ghosts can be forced to "move on" by salting and burning their bones
~sometimes an object can anchor a person's spirit to this realm because the object has some part of that spirit's DNA attached and therefore the object containing the DNA must be destroyed in order to force the ghost to "move on"
~occasionally a ghost will move on when it is forced to deal with it's unfinished business
Werewolves: Are humans that transform into wolf-like creatures under the influence of a full moon. The infection and resulting affliction is commonly referred to as lycanthropy.
~have superior strength and agility
~have enlongated, sharp fangs and claws
~have enhanced sight and smell
~can infect others with a bite
~after the Apocalypse is averted, it seems werewolves not only transform during a full moon
~purebred werewolves are different than other werewolves; the closer they are to the alpha werewolf in generations the more they can control themselves; these werewolves can transform at any time, their human side has more control in wolf form and they can choose to feed on animal hearts instead of human hearts but once they get a taste of human heart, it is nearly impossible to resist the urge to feed on humans.
~the only confirmed way to kill a werewolf is by piercing it's heart with silver
~vamponite; Edgar said that vamponite would kill werewolves along with vampires and ghouls
~dismemberment; Kate was able to kill Brian Wilcox by ripping him apart
Shapeshifters: Shapeshifting, also known as transformation or transmogrification, is the change of the form or shape of a person, especially a change from human form to animal form or a change in appearance from one person to another.
~shed their skin, teeth and nail when changing from one form to another but not all shifters have the same abilities
~takes on a person's appearance and can access the thoughts of the person they are mimicking
~can take on deceased or fictional person's appearance from pictures or film
~have children by impregnating human women
~are identified by retinal flare when on camera or film

Reapers: Reapers are responsible for escorting deceased souls to the afterlife, and they refused-or are unable-to tell the deceased what awaits them. Reapers serve Death and are not aligned with Heaven or Hell. Death may have created them, although this has yet to be clarified in canon.
~according to Castiel, Reapers gather in groups "at times of great catastrophe
~invisible to humans unless that person is near death or are in spirit or astral projection form; may also become visible at will to mortals
~are able to stop time
~capable of altering human preception to make themselves appear any way they want
~vulnerable to Death's scythe
~can be bound by using spells and Enochian runes
~can also be possessed by demons, although the only demon known to be capable of doing this was Azazel who was more powerful than the average demon
